The problem is:
when I run CCS 2.0 trial, I get half of resources (menu items, buttons) have no associated strings (for example, I can press place where "File" menu should be, it works, but it's empty, there is now "File" word)
I had the similar problem with CCS 1.0, but usually it helped to restart CCS several times.
OS: WinXP with all updates
Any ideas?

OK, solved after cleaning the registry before reinstall...

I have the same problem (also on Windows XP). What exactly you have cleaned on registry?

I had the same problem ...
First i removed the old version (just uninstall in controle panel)
The i user "jv16 Power Tools" to scan and clean the registry.
(Run jv16, click "Registry tool" select "yesSoftware CodeChargeStudio"
Click on "Custom remove" select Scan method "deep" click on "Find entries"
Click on "Remove all")
Reinstall CodeChargeStudio
That solved it for me
