there's discussion here about YES not listening and not answering questions.
i am a new user of cc and have asked this community for help twice over the last 18 hours. there's obviously very experienced usres of cc here but nobody has bothered to even try to help me out.

Try using Yes' direct support option:
http://support.codecharge.com/support_new.asp?sn=
I've found they give exceptional support.

So far... All of my support tickets have been answered by the next day. If Yes is a small company, (which I am assuming they are) that's pretty good response.

On the advice of BB I contacted the YES support system and I must say the support I got from Helen and Chris was simply superb. Helen sorted one problem and Chris stuck with me for two days (when I was about to give up) and sorted the second problem for me.
At times the responses were coming from Chris within 10 to 15 minutes. Certainly I got maybe 15 very constructive and helpful responses in the course of one day. I honestly think he was working through the night. I live in Ireland (I assume Chris is in the US) and he supported me right through my daylight hours.
Well done to Yes and their support team, superb.
