Hello,
do I need to install Personal Web Server in order to use CodeCharge with Access / ASP / Windows 2000?

No, but it makes its so much easier to check how it looks before you make the final adjustments and also to check if you have any bug in the code.
You can also upload it to your internetserver and check how it looks and works...

IIS 5 (comes with win2k) should be installed in order for you to use ASP on your local machine.
PWS is stripped version of IIS for win98
