I do have a problem with printing

The problem is when I chose ODD pages it prints Even pages and vice versa ...
In AcrobatReader 5.0 it shows total of 210 pages i think there are more?!
I don't have this problems with other PDF docs from other companies!?
Any tips?

my ccs2ug.pdf is reported by acroreader 5.1 as 239 pages.
the title page has no number, so page 2 is page1 or viseversa... confusing ??
