Does anybody else have problems with using relative paths for the file upload component?
I'm using CCS 2.0.5.6 with the ASP/VBscript component for file upload.
When I use absolute paths, everything works fine. But as soon as I try to put a relative link for the destination folder, the resulting page is just a white page with no content whatsoever.
I've tried all sorts of relative address formats, but the result is always the same.
It's been bugging me for a week now, so I hope that someone has an idea as to the solution.

grtz,
Peter

I have the same problem with JSP. I posted a message to this forum and opened a support request with YesSoftware but nobody seems to be interested to talk about it not even YesSoftware :(

Hi RG,

Thanks for your post. At least I now know that I'm not the only one...
I'm still hoping for a reply that will solve this annoying problem.

Hi,
I am having the same problem, I really need to be able to use a relative path as I am trying to make a 'plug and play' application, where the users do not need to edit code for their setup, it is aimed at the 'non-technical'.

I know it's a pain, but wouldn't it work to just have a absolute path with the sevre.mappath command in there, it would mean changing the code though. I have not tried this yet, but it should work shouldn't it?

Has anyone solved the problem as I can't get it to work for the life of me!

Cheers
Simon
