I have what I am certain is a foolish question but I have been wrestling with it and feel it is time to ask keener minds.

I have been going through the Bookstore Example and following the Verisign Payflow help. That works fine for me. I am now creating a second site where I want to simply record the Shopping Cart values to an Invoice table. I believe I am missing something very basic.

I do not understand how to create a "click here to purchase" button that will write the results to the invoice table and delete the orders as it does when you create the Verisign results page.

Any examples of explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I am using ASP and an MS SQL Server Database.

There is custom code in the click here to purchase that does a fair amount of work moving the data from the shopping cart over to the orders page. As I indicated in another post, I have this working well and am willing to do a write up if interested. email me atsteve@stevenwells.net if you want to talk more.
