I have a side bar menu on the left of the page in a table. The rest of the page is dynamic. I want the menu on the left to expand vertically so as not to leave whitespace below the menu when the dynamic portion exceeds the vertical length of the side menu. If I knew how long the page was going to be before it was displayed I could make the menu table the same height. I'm using CC. Is there a way to do it with CC or can I do it with javascipt?

I'm a newbee and would appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance.
