I am completely new at this and was wondering what is the secret to getting the sample code on this website into a project in CCS? There is not a project file with the downloads. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Paulette, the samples on this website come only in the form of the generated code. This raw code cannot be imported back into CC or CCS. If you want the project files, you can download the CC 2.0 trial which has them. You can also import the CC2.0 projects into CCS although CCS has most of the projects too.
