Hello,
I sell used heavy equipment and have an Access database with descriptions, prices and pictures. I currently use Frontpage 2002 to do all my layouts and uploads and it is very time consuming considering used machinery may move quickly and I need to update the website.
I have been pulling my hair out looking for software that will take my Access database content and be able to update my website on the fly. In the past I have purchased Access, Filemaker, Alpha5 thinking I could use these products to do this but none of them work for what I need. They do not create WYSIWYG. Meaning I wan't to publish to my host just what I see on the screen. (INCLUDING PICTURES).
Please could someone tell me if CodeCharge will do what I want!
Thanks in advance for your help!
Steven

We ran into this problem with a client so we wrote a widget that would look in a directory, find any new pictures and then size them for a thumbnail (100X100) and a detailed web image (350X350) then insert the pictures names into the database. The customer had to FTP the pictures to the site then add the sales information to the database. No Access, Filemaker, Alpha5.ka@jaga.us

Kevin,
So are you saying that CodeCharge would not do the task without doing some extra coding.
I'm looking for an easy solution!
Thanks!

We added the procedure to a CCS project, when the Image Process page comes up you can choose to add a watermark, create thumbnails only, delete the original image then run the process....
As far was processing Images, CCS nor Dreamweaver nor most other tools will not handle server-side graphic processing, this is one of the many reasons we use PHP for our server-side stuff.

Steven, I work with pictures a lot & I have built several ASP & ASP.NET websites for realtors, art galleries and small merchants.
Can you place a link to your existing site and explain what do you mean by "easy way"
