Can't open Form Properties

Hi folks,

I suddenly cannot open Form Properties, if I click on the icon nothing happens.. Same thing does for Add Page and New Page Wizards.. Everything else works fine.. It is a brand new installation of Win2K, and CodeCharge 2.0

Did you ever experience anything like that? What should I do?
