If I have a form in a CC project with all the details / specs etc, and want to put that form into a different existing CC project to save myself from doing it twice, is there a way to just get those combined so to speak or copy & paste type of thing ?

Open your new project file, then import the pages you want from the other project
file , import, pages
or
open two seperate instances of codecharge, one working on one project, the second your new project
open each to the pages of interest, and copy n paste forms from one codecharge instance to the other
