I have been working on a Knowledge Base application for a couple of weeks now and it's working great.
The knowledgebase uses a 'Tree Menu' so that posts against a specific topic are encapsulated under the heading. A typical heading would be:
+ WYSIWYG Editor Integration
When the + sign is clicked, the record would appear like this;
- WYSIWYG Editor Integration
- SourceForge WYSIWYG Editor
+ ASP
+ PHP
+ .NET
- Other WYSIWYG Editors
+ ASP
+ PHP
+ .NET
The Tree Menu allows users to rapidly locate the code they're searching for and presents it in a logical manner.
I would be interested to know if other CC/CCS users would be willing to participate in using such a support system if I implemented it.
The idea would be to port over as many of the examples people have posted to this forum as possible, broken down as follows;
Whether - CC or CCS
Language - ASP, PHP, .NET, Etc.
As I currently only code in ASP, I would need volunteers from the PHP, .NET, etc community - to port over the PHP, .NET, Etc code as they would know what code is correct, etc.
This knowledgebase - is not intended to replace this support forum.
Instead, the knowledgebase would contain the distilled answers to problems encountered by CC and CCS users.
In summary, I would appreciate any responses to this post and if there is sufficient participation or positive feedback, I'll have the Knowledgebase up within a week.
If you are a member of the PHP, .NET, Etc communities and you would be interested in porting over the code you work in, please indicate your interest as a code moderator.

This is a great idea!
I'm not that experienced and hence have not much useful code. But I wouldn't mind contributing my solved issues, if these are needed. I use PHP/MySQL with CCS.

Instead of asking, why don't you just make the Knowledgebase public?
