After apply the q818529.exe Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 SP1
in win2000, codecharge 2.05 works partially.
Within project, the Link of "add page" and "new page wizard" do not work. Within a page, the icon of form properties not work.
I cannot work.
Please do not apply this patch and I hope indicate to me that I can make to resolve this problem.
Thanks.

Oscar, that is an old news. Please try to search this forum or CC newsgroup before posting anything. There could be, and in this case are, responses already.

I am not in agreement with you. The patch was released the 05/27/2003.
Microsoft send me a email yesterday (06/05/2003) about the patch. If is old news (only 9 day) please, indicate when solved this and where is the solution.

It's a new problem, we've been aware a few days, seems it'll be directly related to the cumulative IE patch mentioned above.
The form properties no longer function as expected, especially when adding additonal forms to a page.
Yes is aware of the problem.

Oscar,
This is an earlier post on this issue:
========================
IE 6 patch causes problem!
Author fmb

Message I installed the cumulative Internet Explorer 6 patch (813489). After that, in CC 2 clicking on a hyperlinked selection (like field properties) would not work. I don't know if it is the patch or a new IE setting, but when I uninstalled the patch, CC started working again.

NoName - this IS a different problem.
Read the text, the hotfix is 818529 here...not the 813489 one you point to!

"The hotfix is 818529 here..."
Well not much of a fix! -- I applied the patch to CC205 then went back and MS Update site said I do not have the cumulative patch installed. All attempts to reinstall fail. -- I wonder what this patch fixes, CC or IE?

I agree with You Oscar ...
I upgraded from IE5.x to 6.0 and now I have problems too with CodeCharge 2.0 when you click on the properties of form it doesn't happen anything instead of opening a new window...
The only way is to degrade to the previous version of IE ...
But be careful You my loose Your OutlookExpress and get troubles so You won't be able to start it again...
regards
feha

There are two IE patches effective recently.
Patch 813489, which causes CC to lose Properties etc as mentioned on other threads.
Patch 818529, which brought a new set of problems in addition as Oscar notes here.
With the continuous patching that MSoft has to do on it's browsers and OS, and with the CC GUI so intertwined with it, my fear is that CC is decaying and may end up being orphaned by Yes.
I hope not - but if each IE 'fix' that comes down the chute risks damage to CC operation - what would you do?

I had the same problem but there is a solution.
1) De-install your currently installed version of CC205.
2) Download the trial version currently available on the YS website.
3) Install it
4) After activation it will be version 2.0.7 -- this has all the patches.
