Nope......
A number of 'developers' use the examples, edit, re-build, touch-em up etc... and re-sell them. YS have no issue with this.
One company has been doing this for a considerable time (no names no pack drill.....) but a search of this forum will give you more info.

And what is wrong with that? Yes has stated that the use of CC/CCS examples is to help you to build better sites/projects for whatever needs.

There is certainly nothing wrong with taking the examples and selling them as your own, but talk about no originality!
If this is the extent of there skills, then I wouldn't pay $1.00 for copy.
