Reloading the page on the list box On Change event

I have two List Box. Their Source Type are Database Column. I’d like to fill the 2nd one just after changing the value of the 1st one. The value selected in the 1st List Box will be used in the where clause of the 2nd list Box.

It seems that I will need to use the On Change Client Event. How do I reload the page preserving the parameters?
