Howto Re-generatie page sets

I love your tool after one day, but I can't figure out how to add or remove columns after a page set has been generated.

Lets say I have created a page and have included first_name and last_name. I generated everything, and then I decide I want to add middle_name and generate again.

I'm sure there is a simple answer, but I can't find a way to do it.
