How can i put all template files and common files to another folder in design time.

Open Code Charge Studio
Click Tools on the toolbar
then click options
select Paths in the options tree
set the template path as required.

This setting persists across sessions in the IDE, so it will have to be set
differently for each project if you desire different templates for same.
