Hey pal. You need to specify which version of Codecharge you are using (CC or Studio).

Doesnt matter if i get it or not, If you want people to be able to help you out, you need to be specific about these things. You really shouldn't be so arrogant when you are the one asking for help.
You don't need any special code to redirect for multiple groups. You can try what I do.
Using your example, you can do this:
Admin - ID:3
Manager - ID:2
User - ID:1
1. Set your Admin Page security to redirect all users with ID less than 2 to user page.
2. Set your User page security to redirect all user with ID less than 1 to Login Page.
This can be done for all other pages as well. What this does is allows security to be checked and "descend" down to it's proper place. If someone is trying to go to a page and has not logged in, then they will eventually be sent to Login page.
Simple. But it works great even with many groups. (I have 5).
The only problem is that it only works in the heirarchal security method. If you want something more advanced, you will have to write something yourself that stores the sessions in a database so that later you can check them for expiration. Here is a link to an excellent codebase to try if you know how to integrate it with CCS: http://freshmeat.net/projects/pearsession/?topic_id=66%2C92%2C96%2C809
