I'm the President of a small nonprofit organization seeking to revise our web site (www.mkpeace.com) from static pages to dynamic, database driven pages. I think CodeCharge Studio has great potential. There is even a portal site right out of the box! I'm not in DC but if you need some help I think I can offer you a real deal.
