Where are the debugging tools in CCS?

What do you want to debug???
If it's a specific programming language, then there are going to be specific debugging techniques for each individual language. They are not part of the CCS IDE toolset.
If you mean debugging the IDE itself then I don't think there are any provided, but I have recieved one in the past from Yes Software. They might give you one if you are trying to debug the IDE itself. Maybe.
