The internet explorer 5.5 or higher requirement makes me fear you will get more of the same, bug wise. It looks like a simple report generator. The features it lists say nothing about layoput ecept that you can do basic html stuff. Creating a simple grid that shows data from the database is something you can do with both CC and CCS wihtout needing any knowledge of programming and you can choose from all those nice grid layouts as well
