hope somebody can help.
i'm trying to pass the value of a list box numeric field {categoryid} to another field {label} and correspondingly assign a string description to that value . these fields are contained in a table called guide.
guide table
categoryid label
1 - Hotel
2 - Resort

What language?
Basically you can in a before update/insert event take the list box value and assign to your other field
