Auto-generated dropdowns based on SQL statments are great but what if you have 1500 values. Does CCS have anyway of doing a modified lookup like in SalesForce.com instead of having a 1500 value drop down and a huge html page.

Try to categorise them!
and when building sql querry listbox in where= ...category... or GetParam("","")
So You can have two dropdown lists...
one with the categories and other with the values ...

Hello,

I used the CCS Examplepack for it. The PopUpList example came in handy. It gives
the user the ability to search in a PopUpWindow for a value and if a user finds
a value this will be transferred to the acual record form.

If you use popups, as shown in the example, be careful of your data.

Popup lists where your data has single quotes etc will break your HTML page.

For example I would like to have "1' film tape" in my popup link but this would break the HTML. In this case, if you follow the example and your page will error.

This problem has been reported.
