I have been using CCS 1.0 and now want to convert old projects to CCS 2.0. Are there any notes/documentation on this or how are you going about it. There was mention along time ago of a site structure converter from Yes. Anyone know where/if this exists?

Many have tried and if you search this forum there are a few tips on doings it... problem is it requires a 'lot' of hand coding to make it work.
