Hello,
I want to update a record but when i place the following code
in the before show event the field changes to 01-01-1970 01:33:23.
global $storing_frm;
$storing_frm->wijzigingsdatum->SetValue(date("Y-m-d G:i:s"));
If i change the field properties to Integer instead of Date the code displays
the correct date but when i submit the updated record the value is offcourse wrong. I played a lot with the DATA TYPE, FORMAT, DEFAULT VALUE and the DBFORMAT but couldn't find the proper settings.
Any suggestions?

Problem solved. Changed Field to TEXT.
