I am currently using CCS and ASP with a Progress 9.1C database located on a Unix server, with no problems. I've had a few SQL/ODBC driver problems to solve but no trouble with ASP.
But I have not tried PHP. My guess is that PHP would be OK. If problems occur they would most likely be associated the SQL and ODBC, not PHP.
