Ask for Andy Scott at virtualvision.net there is an 800 number on the website. No fee for resellers, they are very developer oriented and great to work with. Also they have a control panel with a pager for emergencies.

http://www.ipowerweb.com , I use them for some clients in the usa and they are great and cheap $7,95 per month (php/mysql (multiple databases) 300 mb 300 email adresses etc etc). Great control panel. I'm thinking of moving my own site there next year even though I'm from the netherlands myself.
