Haven't run it with a MS SQL database, but you can use PHP with IIS / Windows.
Theres a free windows installer at PHP.net which will install all the files for you and configure IIS.
Running MySQL and phpMyAdmin via IIS is also not a problem.

PHP has a build in api for sql server. Just like with oracle there are files that have to be installed as well from the client library of sql server. Look at the php documentation

Hi Gary,
We have implemented a mini ERP product on Win2K / Apache / PHP/ MS SQL 2000 platform. As there is no dounbt on Win 2K / IIS / PHP combination, I hope this clears your doubt that PHP runs fine with MS SQL Server.
