I think your site has a lot of potential, but the grid background is very distracting.
You might check out www.comersus.com for more inspiration.

Thank You Brian.
It has about 7 Ready Themes to chose from bu Admin.
and each Customer can have own theme in login.
But I will make one more of the same Theme without background.
