Hi.
My webhost starts pages in this order

1. index.html
2. index.htm
3. index.asp
4. default.html
5. default.htm
6. default.asp
If any of these files exist, they will be automatically loaded in the order listed above.

My start page is default.asp, so default.html starts up first and thats not the meaning. Is there anywoy to get around this problem.

Best regards,
Tor Valen

Most hosts allow you to change this via your control panel - if not you could enter a trouble ticket and ask them to change it to your needs.... or rename the html template and edit the asp file to call the 'new' template name... pain though ;)

You could rename your start page ie. Start then create a default.htm and/or index.htm that automatically redirects to your start page.

Maybe create an index.html and have it redirect to default.asp???

Give that a shot.
