We recently started using CodeCharge and one of our first projects is an employee directory. We have been able to accomplish that easily enough, but we want to be able to have the data after being searched by a building location display in a one-page format that could then be printed for handy reference so the printed list always has the most recent information. For some locations we are talking about 80 records. We only need to display the location name, employee name and phone extension. Anyone have any ideas on whether that can be done in CodeCharge or would the data need to be exported into another program. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

yep create a record page then uncheck the

allow delete, allow update, allow cancel, allow confirm checkboxes

all controls must be labels, filter the controls you want

{location name}

{employee name}

{phone extension}

and refer to (last thread i suppose)
http://gotocode.com/disc_viewt.asp?mid=23918&
for printing that page
