Hallo,
i have this problem in Win XP Prof used in local:
"Operation must use an updateable query. (Microsoft JET Database Engine)"
It's a problem when i write in database.

Check your security permissions on the database file. This happens if the permissions are set for read only.

It can also be that you don't have a primary key defined in your table that you are accessing
