Gee this appears to be a trial and more trial approach.

a>Did you copy the generated dll on the \bin folder?
b>Make sure that the IIS virtual folder is set PROPERLY to an application
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q301/3/92.asp&NoWebContent=1)

c>Make sure you properly path the Microsoft .NET Framework Version:1.0.3705.0
in CCS Setting
