can anybody tell me how can i do with CCS a counter for forum's new messages?

Hello,
What do you mean by new messages counter?
I suppose that you store the messages in the table. Use "status" field to assign the status to the ticket (it could be "New" is there’re no replies to it), so you can count the new tickets executing SELECT COUNT() query
