I have a form that is created by one person and updated by many (depending on whom it is assigned to). Once the update is over I need to have the record read only and not editable.. How can I do this... as info the form contains listbox, textarea, textbox and I am using asp

In CCS you can determine whether or not to allow update. Use the wizzard and set therecord permission to insert only. That way people can add but can not alter or delete the record.
