I'm looking for simple guide howto show only resords assigned to specific users if they are loged in (user name, user_id or user name is placed to the record).

I've done this with a contact list shared by eleven people on-line. Each of the eleven people have their own list of Contacts, not shared. The Contact List has a field called UserID. So, let's say there's a field for name, address, phone number, etc. There should be a field called UserID to match the UserID in the Security Settings. This is a numeric field connected with Login and Password. You grid should look like this:
Name
Address
Phone Number
UserID (hidden)
In the DataSource for the grid or record, click on the 3 dots to enter parameters (where) Click on the Plus key.
Name:UserID
Condition: =
Parameter Source:UserID
Type:Session
