I am using MyODBC 3.51 to connect to MySQL database without a problem. Is
this a new connection your are setting up or an old connection that has
failed?

Please specify the full error message and where exactly the error occured. In your PHP program, in ODBC setup dialog, etc.

I am trying to use CodeCharge to support the following platform:

MySQL
php
Apache
Windows XP pro

I believe I have determined that the tool does not support my needs, am I correct?

Thanks,

I am useing the same configuration you listed with CodeChargeStudio, and I
believe CodeCharge will also work with the same, though I have not used
CodeCharge.

No, you are very incorrect. I'm using Mysql, PHP, Apache, Windows 2000. Specifically, what is the error message you are reciving when trying to connect to the database?

G'day guys

I'm stumbling down a sloop of a cliff like a rock! I need some input here if anyone can help. I've bought codecharge than upgraded to CCS but never use it and would love to learn finally.

OK the version I'm using is current of CCS, I'm creating a small project in php format. The localhost runs Foxserv distribution of Apache, mysql and PHP on Win XP pro.

Within CCS connections, how does one setup to run locally in design mode and via locally on the server?

I'm getting these errors.

Database error: cannot use database DSN=amcppx;DESC=MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver DSN;DATABASE=serverswk;SERVER=localhost;UID=vano;PASSWORD=test;PORT=3306;OPTION=3;STMT=;
MySQL Error: 1102 (Incorrect database name 'DSN=amcppx;DESC=MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver DSN;DATABASE=serverswk;SERVER=localhost;UID=vano;PASSWORD=')
Session halted.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Joe
