Hi guys, I would like to know how could I do this with the Shopping Cart
Example that comes with CCS
- Once I have chosen the product, I click on "add to shopping cart" and I go
to Shoppingcart.asp. Then I would like to add to that shoppingcart page a
checkout form (with customer name, phone...etc) that sends everything to my
email (I receive the order by email).
is that possible?
story...these guys donīt trust on online payment methods for "insecure" and
they would like to receive an email, check taht everything is in order and
charge the customerīs bank acccount ...etc
Thnaks for all folks!!!!!!!

Pepi,
Look at the posting http://forums.codecharge.com/posts.php?post_id=25411
in this forum where PeterR states you can output CCS pages to anything so you may be able use that techique to update a HTML page email.

Thanks for the tip, but...Ufff...too technical for me...keep on trying on
that though.
I have thought about sending the shpopingcart.asp output to a new page with
some name, company, phone and stuff like that collection (a form) and then,
send all that to an email address.
Also, alternatively, if I could get the Shoppincart.asp as a page only for
members (they have to login, therefore), and then have the order sent to the
database (update) WITH the user id number that placed the order (the one
that is logged at that moment), so I can see after that the user id name and
proccess the order properly.
What do you guys think about the second solution?
Thanks!!
