Builders / Wizards to be Consistent and Match Functionality

The Builders are used all the time, unfortunately they don't always act in a consistent fashion. Why is Intranet and Internet databases always on the wizard even when you have set your connections.

The other this is that the Cancel button is missing on some of the wizards as is the confirmation of Delete options.
