Option of choosing a join query on multiple connection.

i.e. selecting fields from two tables which are from two different
connections.

is this possible.

Navneet,

Depending upon the Database you can do such a thing BUT unless they reside on the same server - DON'T - it adds a level of complexity that will give you all sorts problems. MS SQL allows for this but it is not recommended for Transaction based systems such as web sites.

Try replication with cycled triggers - much more robust in the long run.

Keep it simple.
