I'm trialing CCS and the browser is returning this error message "object
required: CCSConverter" and gives me the line number in classes.asp. Can
someone suggest what might be causing this error.

Thanks

David

David
This usually happens when your version of CCS do not match to your classess.

I had an issue from a while ago when they introduced the CCSConverter into the Connection class.

Perform the following:
1. Regenerate the whole site.
2. If the Issue still exists - Rename the common class and let CCS regenerate a new one. Then regenerate the whole site.

The error means that some classes code is not up to date (doesn’t match the new CCS version). To solve it make sure that common files (Common, Templates, Classes) are regenerated. Please follow the steps:
1. open Common.asp
2. check if there’s modified code (it is highlighted in white). If there’s a one, please back up it;
3. then select all the code in Code editor and delete it (do even if you do not find the modified code snippets);
4. follow the same procedure for the Templates and Classes files.
5. regenerate the project and test it.
