It's looks good!
Now about weaks
I think you need add a bit more contrast to whole design.
Bold white in left column is badly readable.
Flash animation looks very aggresive - blinking colors and moving shapes. Also animation doesn't containt any significant sence except my local time and my ip that is well known for me ;) Take a look to other sites! Webmasters usually put most important things to the header (logo, menus, login fors, searc, banners, e.t.c.)
Footer centerd relativly to content column except whole table that looks inaccurate.
