The main differences between CodeCharge Studio and Zend Studio are:

1: CCS is a WYSIWYG multi-language Code Generator, ZS is a complete PHP coders environment.

2: The ZS IDE is multi-platform, CCS only installs on Windows.

3: ZS has lots of tools which all PHP programmer will require, together with some which make your life easier. Debugger, Profiler, Optimiser, Code Completion etc..

4: ZS is aimed at PHP hand coders, CCS is aimed primarily at visual designers.

5: Both products lack features found in the other:

Solution, use both. Use CCS as your main development package and use the debugger and code completion parts of the ZS IDE. You may find that the Personal (free) version of ZS has enough functionality for you when using CCS as your main development environment.
