Ok just trying to get to grips with the demo version.

Managed to build a project but when it publishes it to IIS (wwwroot) there's no "default.asp" generated ?? Do I have to write my own ??

CCS prompts you for the page name as you start the builder. Just call it
"default" at that point - or just rename the existing file (right click the
page in the project tree). Then publish.
