Hello CodeCharge Studio Beta users,

Thank you for trying CC Studio and please read the following notes:

Updates:
We gather information from this Newsgroup and from GotoCode.com and we are
instantly resolving valid, confirmed issues on our end.
Bug fixes will be released ASAP and we plan to release updates every week
until the product becomes more stable.
In fact, good stability can be achieved within a week with your help. Please
make sure that you always provide enough details for us to duplicate issues.

Support:
Beta version is not supported, therefore we may not be able to resolve all
issues individually.
Please do not submit Beta-related issues to our support system because it
distracts our process of supporting current CodeCharge users.

Bug Tracking System:
We may be putting up a bug tracking system in the next few days, depending
on availability of our resources.

Conversion of CodeCharge (2.0) projects:
We are working on a converter that will allow you to convert major parts of
your CodeCharge projects but we may not be able to convert everything.
Especially, CodeCharge Studio generates different code than CodeCharge 2.0,
therefore Custom Events cannot be converted.
CodeCharge Studio is meant to be a different, high-end product. While
CodeCharge 2.0 will continue to be enhanced and supported as well.
We are also awaiting with great interest to see how many users will continue
to stay with CodeCharge 2.0, rather than upgrading to CodeCharge Studio.

Pricing:
CodeCharge Studio will be priced at $499, with introductory offer of
$279.95.
You may already pre-purchase it by ordering CodeCharge Professional.

We hope that this information will be helpful to you and to us in your
evaluation process.
And thank you for all the great comments we are receiving from you already.

Regards,

CodeCharge Team

I haven't even loaded up the Studio beta yet and I'm sure I want to
order my upgrade from regular registered CC2. Could you please direct us to
the best method, timing, and cost for such an upgrade.

Thanks and Congratulations. Just from reading everyone else's notes,
I'm sure that you've once again done a great job.

Cheers,

- Don

Hi Don,

You may still purchase CC Professional for $279.95 at
http://www.codecharge.com/purchase/
or the upgrade for $130.95.
This offer is planed to be available until end of June or July, with no
exact date set.

The general idea is to allow CodeCharge 2.0 users to upgrade to CodeCharge
Studio just by paying the price difference between CC 2.0 price ($149) and
the price of CodeCharge Studio ($279.95 - $499).

Regards,

Konrad
