Is it possible to specify directory locations for pages that are below the
project root directory?
On a bigger website files are often organized this way.

Additionally, I attempted to rename a ccs page to something like aaa_bbb-c
but it was not allowed.This is a valid filename but ccs doesn't rejects it.

Yes , put mouse pointer over "Pages" in Project explorer, right click and
select
"New Folder" from popup menu.

Do you use Beta 3 or Beta 4 ?
