I just downloaded the evaluation version of MM Dreamweaver MX. I prefer by
far the code generation / coding style of Codecharge and DW has a long way
to go. But, if you code in PHP, you will be very happy that Dreamweaver MX
supports PHP. Very nice when used with Codecharge.

I have to disagree as far as coldfusion code generation goes. I find the
Coldfusion code CCS generates very messy with every grid, form etc having
it's own physical file on disk etc. Dreamweaver MX on the other hand now
let's me work like I was used to in Coldfusion Studio, with the added
advantage of far better layout tools than frontpage or Codecharge Studio ...

You should be able to use Dreamweaver with CodeCharge Studio therefore
FrontPage or our HTML editor should not limit you.

Please provide your suggestions on how you'd like to see template-based
ColdFusion code be implemented.
We'd be happy to review and consider users' (your) needs.

Hi Konrad,
My/our needs are easy - let us do our own language templates, or modify the
existing ones to our liking
There isn't one line of compiled/hidden generation code in DW MX ...
Regards,
Val

We plan to release this capability in the form of SDK (or Enterprise
version) later this year.

Any plans on an upgrade path/pricing at all for that? Cause I agree with
Val... While the code that CCS generates is OK... I'd like to "tweak" it a
bit to match my SPECIFIC needs... :)
