Hi all,
Has anyone encountered an error message like this?
Fatal error: Class clsdbconncaptiva: Cannot inherit from undefined class db_
in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\captiva_search\Common.php on
line 68
Getting this when using a browser and when clicking on "Live Page".
Using:
Win XP
PHP 4.12a
MySQL
Any suggestions?

My solution is to copy the phplib database access class 'DB_Sql' which is
uses in CodeCharge 2 into the 'Classes.php' File which is placed in the
'Common Files Area'. If you are using CodeCharge 2 you can copy the Code
from the generated File 'db_mysql.inc.php' or download the phplib.
The second step is to set the Property 'PHP Database Library' of your
connection to 'Sql'. After that everything worked out fine.

I had the same problem and it was simply that I had followed the tutorial to
the letter and in the process had incorrectly chosen JET instead of ODBC.
All I needed to do was to change things to reflect ODBC and to use the DNS
name for the database. Everything then worked like a charm.
