What is the release date of codecharge studio and is there only 1 beta
release?

Release will be in the end of may, without exact date set so far.
We sure plan another beta release .

Pro)?

Of course. Anything else wouldn't make any sense. Why do you think this is
not the case?
Sure, there could be licence (lower entry price) that allows you to use it
for non commercial sites only. But this is not the case and is not the case
CC too.
