If I delete the default connection (internet) for the portal or forum
examples and create a new connection to the database nothing gets published
to the wwwroot directory.
If I change the internet connection ( from access to SQl) things publish
fine.
I am wondering of its just me? Looks like I have everything set right.

How do you check that nothing gets published ?
Can you delete Portal directory on server before
you create a new connection, and see that it's still empty after publishing
?
